Welcome Statement

Mr Christopher Taylor

Welcome to the website of Padiham St Leonard’s CE VA Primary School.

My name is Mr Taylor, and I am proud to be the Headteacher of Padiham St Leonard’s. I feel privileged to lead such a vibrant, caring, and inclusive school community, where our Mission Statement, “Nurturing hearts, minds and bodies through Christ,” is at the centre of all that we do.

This statement shapes our daily life, supporting our children to grow not only academically, but also spiritually, emotionally, and physically. At the heart of our school are our friendly, enthusiastic, and well-behaved children, who are always eager to learn and explore the world around them.

Our Vision & Values

What do we want to achieve

Our vision at St Leonard’s is to provide a nurturing, Christian environment where pupils develop a passion for learning about the world around them in order for them to become vibrant learners who use their abilities, knowledge and values to grow into faithful stewards of God’s Creation.
